This reciprocator is an ideal
equipment which is developed for
efficient use in wet and powder
coating plants. Automatic guns
move up and down. The
reciprocator can carry up to 12
guns. Long service life,
vibration free and quiet working
conditions achieved by special
rollers moving horizontally.
Botersan manufactures two types
of reciprocators.

Full Automatic Type
The speed, stroke and
positioning of the reciprocator
is automatically adjusted from
the control panel while working.
Speed is controlled by an
inverter, stroke distance is
changed by an encoder.
Semi-Automatic Type
The speed of the
reciprocator can be adjusted
from the control panel while
working. Stroke distance and
position can be manually changed
using the limit switches which
is mounted between top and
bottom safety limit switches.
